Essential Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Own medium-sized quality engineering tasks; and delivers while mentoring and helping team members Make technology choices at individual level and has ability to analyze impact Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like SAFe/Agile, CI, Software and Product Security, Integration, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques Integrate project testing with continuous-integration process Prepare Reusable functions, which improve the robustness, re-usability, and maintainability of the test scripts Work with fellow team members to diagnose defects and formulate solutions Provide expertise in the quality engineering, test planning and testing methodology for a software project Develop and executes maintainable automation tests for acceptance, integration, end-to-end, functional, and regression test cases

Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in writing and executing test cases/scenarios at Functional and Integrated Test environment. Test types to include functionality, regression, defect retesting, end-to-end, customization testing, scenario testing in a SAFe/Agile environment Experience testing web services (SOAP/REST) and writing queries in PL/SQL. Basic understanding of Java/JSON/JMS and Linux/Unix scripting is required. Working knowledge of VM workstation, Oracle SQL Developer and Jenkins Experience with issue-tracking and agile project management tools such as Rally, Confluence, HP ALM etc. Experience working with virtual machines (VMs) as part of a test/integration infrastructure
