The VBA developer is responsible for building and supporting a complex financial forecast spreadsheet for the Financial Department. The forecast spreadsheet is reliant on various detailed data from other sources that consist of files, Access databases, SQL Databases and other spreadsheets.

Your role:

Gather, interpret, and utilize complex data to develop reportsCreate and maintain extensive macros to decipher large amounts of dataWork directly with the Finance team to ensure proper implementationAnalyze and assess data to build budget modelsQuality assurance of reports generatedPerform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

What youve got:

Working knowledge of VBA on Excel and Access5 years experience of programing VBAStrong Communication skills, both written and verbalExperience pulling data from SQL Server and filesDetail oriented, analytical and inquisitive with excellent documentation skillsAbility to work independently and with othersExtremely organized with strong planning, organizational and time-management skillsBachelors degree in business or related fieldSelf-starter, able to work with limited supervision, with excellent time management skillsProficient in AWS cloud deployments through CodePipelineProficient with AWS Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and RDSStrong understanding of object-oriented programmingStrong technical writing skills to document each macro
