We are seeking a well-rounded Electronic Warfare (EW) System Engineer with a background in Mission Data (MD) development, testing and reprogramming. Reporting to the Test Manager of our EW programs at Warner-Robins AFB, you will support Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and Air Mobility Command (AMC) missions. The position will be located on Warner-Robins AFB in GA, and will encompass EW mission data development, operator handbook support and technical liaison duties. Travel may be required to other USAF, contactor, and other relevant facilities both CONUS and OCONUS. This position is contingent on a pending contract award.

* Design, program, develop, test, validate and maintain EW mission data files
* Develop requirements for MD generation based on recent relevant threat data
* Support EW ground and flight tests and develop required test plans
* Produce and validate system threat scripts
* Participate as a member of deployable aggressor teams
* Produce and disseminate system status reports to unit commanders, HQ AFSOC and HQ AMC
* Produce and populate EW system databases
* Provide operator handbook support
* Monitor progress of Operational Flight Program (OFP) software
* Travel for working group meetings and technical reviews

Required Qualifications:

* A Bachelor of Science in Engineering or other technical field with 5+ years of related experience, or 11+ years of related experience without a degree
* EW system testing and troubleshooting experience
* Experience developing MD requirements and updating MD databases
* Understanding of modern-day threats and mitigation techniques
* Understanding of EW Assessment Programs and the ability to assist in requirement generation, test planning and execution
* A current and active DOD Secret Security Clearance, which requires a US citizen

Desired Qualifications:

* Background in avionics testing and evaluation
* Previous experience with the AMC/AFSOC community
* Leadership, personnel management, communication and influencing skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Excellent teamwork skills
