Endovenous Downstream Marketing Team is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Product Managaer to manage the Superficial Venous product portfolio, with a focus on the U.S. market, to help drive adoption of our therapies that treat patients with venous disease. This role requires working collaboratively with members of the downstream and upstream marketing teams, market and therapy development, regional sales organization, and cross-functional partners. Click here at https://www.medtronic.com/us-en/patients/treatments-therapies/varicose-vein-therapies.html to learn more about these products!.*A Day in the Life* Lead product portfolio management with a focus on the U.S. region, delivering on business objectives, product positioning, key selling messages, and marketing plans. Lead the development and execution of key marketing initiatives. Create the tools and resources that support business objectives for the region. Track performance of marketing campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment and effectiveness. Lead implementation of communication strategy of product, market, clinical, and competitive information to the regional sales organization to support sales effectiveness. Manage development, inventory and distribution of regional marketing assets, including product sell sheets and brochures, sales training materials, and physician training materials. Assess and monitor regional competitive and customer trends. Assist in business analytics and insight development to assess business trends and market environment. Work with Operations and Supply Chain to accurately forecast regional product demand of monthly sales cycles, product launches, portfolio transitions and end of life cycles. Participate in strategy creation, planning and execution of conferences in the US region. Serve as day-to-day marketing point of contact for regional sales organization to support product needs. Participate in and contribute to core teams as marketing point of contact for business sustaining activities. Contribute to commercial launch strategy development and implementation for the region to ensure flawless launch execution including segmentation, targeting, distribution and forecasting. Recommend, initiate and participate in actions to achieve optimal brand competitiveness in packaging, labeling, pricing, technical development, clinical research and production. Partner with Sales Training team to create and deliver sales force education. Build relationships with key customers including providers and sales organization to gain insights for continuous improvement of therapies, customer offerings and market strategies. Develop robust knowledge of therapies and disease state to be a product champion among internal and external customers. Prepare regular feedback to management regarding project status as well as other critical issues which affect the attainment of project completion dates. Travel requirement: up to 30%.*Must Have: Minimum Requirements* Bachelor's Degree 4+ years' experience in a marketing, sales, sales support or technical experience (2 years with Advanced Degree) Project or Program Management experience.*Nice to Have:* MBA or Masters Medical device, pharmaceutical, or health care experience Previous commercial launch experience Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams Demonstrated capability to develop a strategic plan of action.*About Medtronic* Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
