We are looking for a high skilled Software Developer for one of our amazing clients in sunny San Diego.

- Experience providing end-user/customer support

- Very strong written and oral communication skills.

- Able to read and create logical and physical data models

- Quick learner, able to accurately assimilate and analyze information from a variety of sources, and synthesize to produce consumable products.

- Self-Starter and does not require a lot of oversight.

- strong computer skills. Proven ability to learn new software systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

- Proven ability to demonstrate an understanding of data, data modeling, predictive analytics, and in showing how data supports business decisions.

- Agile methodologies and tools a plus.

- Support the design of data and ad hoc reports.

- Support the development of standard reports.

- Create and Update program and project documents.

- Support Master Data Management (MDM) design.

- Support data masking activities

- Support Business Intelligence strategies.

- Support County and Contracted data steward activities through Data Management improvement efforts.

- Support metadata during the development and/or implementation of new data sources.

- Perform data analysis, gap and impact analysis - with a large number of data elements, one-to-multiple data sources, business impact, and visibility).

- Use documented methods for creating source-to-target mapping, capturing business and technical metadata, and complete data lineage.

- Prepare flow and organizational charts, workload statistics, and statistical data displays.

- Conduct data profiling, document results, and present findings to various audiences.

- Support the preparation of complex reports.

- Support SQL activities as a subject matter expert

- Assist in the prioritization of current and future data projects.

- Participate in special task assignments.

- Formulate criteria, processes, and procedures for evaluating the impacts of to changes in data.

- Support the analysis of data patterns and prepares recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
