Are you passionate about social change and building programs for mission-driven products and services? Do you enjoy thinking creatively about internal and external engagement to reach unique customer segments?

We are hiring a Principal Engagement Lead to develop internal and external engagement strategies for programs reaching underserved customers. This role will be in charge of building strategy to engage with local nonprofits and government offices, among other external stakeholders, and then scale that strategy across communities nationally. The role will expand upon an existing vision to create execution and scaling strategies. This role will be relentlessly focused on developing, testing, and executing engagement strategies. You'll join a team where everyone is entrepreneurial, wears many hats, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment. An ideal candidate:
- Understands how non-profits operate and has demonstrated experience with local and national non-profits, has a clear focus on the needs of communities, and is able to influence solutions to create lasting programmatic engagement.
- Anticipates trends and authentically engages with partners.
- Has diverse work experience, ideally across non-profit and corporate roles.
- Is outcome driven and knows how to meaningfully track success; is apt both at qualitative data analysis, but also at gathering and conveying meaningful stories.
- Is comfortable coordinating across multiple internal teams
- Has demonstrated ability to keep track, communicating status and driving issues to resolution.
- Has demonstrated experience in innovating and is not afraid to fail while learning - be that tactically improving a process or more strategically creating new programs.
- Has experience scaling programs.

Basic Qualifications
* 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing strategy development and management
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including product management, tech, PR, public policy, and legal
* Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organization, including external
* Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on data
* Experience communicating with stakeholders across multiple business units, technical teams, senior management, and external parties
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
* Proven track record of owning and delivering innovative experiences to customers
* Bachelor's degree
