Our Client, a customer-driven and tech-focused Insurance multinational firm, is currently searching for a passionate Digital Sales Manager who will strategise on how to drive sales through online channels. Suitable candidate will plan, devise and manage strategies on how to increase conversion rate, improve renewals and cross-selling as well as establish affiliate partnerships.
Proven track record in online sales and commerce;
Strong experience in various digital marketing and social media platforms;
Well-versed in doing website analytics, SEO and SEM;
Familiar with web journey principles, best practices and working on content management platforms;
Good experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools;
Exposure with doing cross-selling, renewal and affiliated sales;
Knowledgeable in the sales & marketing space with ability to track trends and encourage conversions through marketing tactics;
Good with numbers, projections and sales analysis;
Strong presentation and effective communication skills.
Experience within the financial sector.
Manage the organisation's performance marketing channels for the defined direct to customers products;
Develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies to attract traffic to the company's website and ensure maximum conversions;
Measure site traffic in order to identify new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns and advertisements;
Work closely with various departments in suggesting and planning appropriate campaigns;
Explore various CPA based performance marketing channels and to acquire new businesses at lower CPA;
Review and customize renewal communications to improve ratio across different segments;
Suggest required changes on all product pages and sales journey to improve the SEO ranking, quotes and sales conversion percentage.
