Description

Responsibilities:

- Establish, implement and manage relevant QMS in the company.

- Conduct audits, maintenance & improvement of the QMS to ensure compliance.

- Liaise with customers on new product qualification requirements.

- Drive and work with relevant departments to resolve quality issues at customers, internal and suppliers.

- Initiate quality activities/improvements & drive corrective/preventive actions to improve product quality.


Requirements:

- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Quality/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.

- Proficient in ISO9001, IATF16949, AS9100, ISO13485, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.

- Automotive, aerospace and medical manufacturing experience will be an advantage.

- Good computer & Statistical Process Control knowledge.

- Familiar with relevant quality tools, eg. 8D, 5 Why, 6 Sigma, SPC, FMEA, GR&R, etc.

- Possess leadership qualities with ability to work independently and as a team.

- Strong ability in troubleshooting & problem solving techniques.

- Keen learner with analytical skills as well as excellent communication skills.
