Job Purpose:
Lead the team in implementing and monitoring the QMS processes by providing information, awareness, guidance and coaching/ training

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Work Closely with the product teams for implementation and maintenance of Quality Management SystemWork with the verticals and functions to improve process effectivenessProcess ImplementationLead the team in implementing and monitoring the QMS processes by providing information, awareness, guidance and coaching/ training.Reviewing the process documents to ensure compliance based on quality/security models or standardsTracking and Monitoring process compliance across all departments, functions and teams.Coordinate and lead multifaceted improvements and drive significant change in an organization.Skills and Qualifications:
Assisting the teams in understanding the development methodology and addressing the gapsShould be able to facilitate the development team and testing team on the need of creating/updating documentsShould Drive the implementation of the lifecycle methodologiesAgile, Waterfall V-ModelTrainingPlan for process training on various process definedTraining resources on various concepts or process areasArrive at improvements based on training feedback analysisAudit ReportingWork with the team and plan for audits as per management directiveEnsuring Closure of Non-Conformances identified during Internal/External Audit on the QMS/ISMS/CMMI/SSAE16Prepare required reports summarizing various initiatives taken by the QA teamPrepare presentations highlighting metrics trend and required inferences/actionsMetrics AnalysisAnalyzing metrics data provided by departments/projects and work with the various Metrics Councils for continual improvementSuggest improvements and measurements to add value to the defined business objectivesPlease make sure to read our?Recruitment Privacy Policy
