At Incremental Group we recognise and understand that the ability to solve ourcustomersproblems and increasing the value that they deliver is what makes us special.To support our continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager tostructure anddeliver projects as part ofthePower Platform and Azure Business Unit.Primary accountabilitiesIn this role, the Project Manager is empowered to make key delivery decisions, manage significant budgets, work with talented teams and make a difference to customers and the development of Incremental Group.The Project Manager accountabilities are:

Work withthe Sales Managers to help structure projects from inception and create attractive commercial offerings forour customers.Understandand managethe scope of the work to be delivered,and the outcomes that the customer is looking to achieve.Shape engagements to meet both the goals of the customer and of Incremental Group.Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders.Deliver assigned projects in line with established KPIs.Quality of delivery is aligned to customer expectations andsatisfiedobjectives defined at the outset of the projecte.g.performance/functionality.Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of projects.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress using established tools and processese.g.DevOps.Time estimatingensure the estimated date of completion is accurate.Cost estimatingensure the estimated cost to complete is accurate.Resource Management plan aheadto ensureresourcerequired are available when needed.Management of project budgets.Managing Risks and Issues (RAID logs per project).Monitoring progress and reporting on it via agreed channels and to established timelines.Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Escalating to management where the success of the project is at risk.About youYou must becurious, driven and action orientatedwithexcellentorganisational skills andabilityto work to tight deadlines.Demonstrate relevant experience of project managementlifecycle.Experience of workingusing both Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies.Excellent delivery focus and drive.Direct experience of IT transformations and related project delivery, including business change elements.Direct experience of project planningtools.Direct experience of project financial management(budget experience).Excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships with external suppliers, internal customers and senior management.Formal project management qualification e.g., Prince 2.Prior Dynamics365 (or CRM) experiencehighlydesirable but not essential.General knowledge of the Microsofttechnology stack (e.g.Azure, Teams, SharePoint, Office 365)alsodesirable but not essential.What we offer youAt Incremental we value everyones contribution,with allIncrementalistsbeingempowered to discuss, then decide and do.This is a fantasticopportunity to join a growing entrepreneurial digital technology business.The opportunity is there to make it yours and grow with the business.You will get experience of managing avariedrange of project engagementsfrom consultancy to large scale technical implementations,andacross a broad cross section ofindustries.BenefitsWe set ourselves stretching standards and always take our work seriously however we are proud to have and promoteflexible working and ahealthy work life balancein arelaxed working environment.
