18k - 22k base + Comme Benefits PackageThe CompanyThis Distributor offers premises equipment, configuring servers against an infinite matrix of variables, and shipping equipment internationallyendeavouring to secure a smooth, on-time, and efficiently and compliantly-documented journey to meet customs and international trade regulations.The RoleThey are offering an opportunity for a Telemarketing / Telesales executive to help them develop a new B2B venture, in a collaborative, open and innovative environment.They offer successful candidates positive career progression and the opportunity to earn a competitive salary, bonuses, and pension.ResponsibilitiesResearch and contact prospective clients.Qualify leads and arrange suitable appointments for the Business Development ManagersInfluence customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.Qualify sales leads in line with target customer criteria.Generate over 20 prospect calls per day.Book in excess of 10 qualified sales calls /appointments per monthCollate information on prospective clients, even where an appointment is not obtained.Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for Marketing activities.Log all calls and monitor success ratesFollow-up specific marketing campaignsWork with field sales to support them in achieving sales objectives.Present in an accurate and positive manner on the phone.Skills and Qualifications EssentialThe ability to demonstrate the capability to hit and exceed targets.Intelligent and quick witted, able to rapidly assimilate new products and services.Excellent knowledge of English language; spoken and written.Professional phone manner with a consultative approach and tome of voice.Excellent oral communication skills and superb listening skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks.Confident in overcoming rejection and setting challenging goals on a daily basis.Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines.Interpersonal skills to work with staff across the whole company.
