Sales Co-ordinator38.75 hours per week MondayFriday.07:0016:00 or 08:1517:00 or 08:4517:30My client is looking for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join their Sales Team based in Dewsbury.To apply for this role you must have an excellent telephone manner, ideally you will have some experience within an office environment or call centre where you have communicated with customers and provided excellent customer service.Customer satisfaction is the goal and you will be expected to focus your efforts and contribute towards delivery of a first class service to our customers. It is fast paced environment where organisational skills are essential and high standards must be maintained.Operating within an established ISO Integrated Management System, this is a vital role working closely with your internal and external sales colleagues, estimating/technical support, and operations.
To ensure customer sales orders are processed accurately in a timely and efficient manner to fulfil customer commitments. Responsibility for an assigned customer base. Inbound and outbound telephone calls. Email communications. Processing sales orders via a computerised system, from order receipt to status reporting through to satisfactory completion within set timescales. Progressing orders through to delivery by liaising with all other departments to co-ordinate all aspects of customer requirements. Resolution of queries. Trouble shooting. Keep up to date on product knowledge. General administration. Wearing appropriate personal protective clothing/equipment and observing all safety requirements/procedures. It is desirable to have Sage 1000 user experience. Windows 10 user experience. GAI Diploma.
