Description


The CRM Analyst and Administrator is a core member of the global team managing John Cranes CRM system. He/she manages system administration, training and support for approx. 300 users in Asia and is a backup for users in the rest of the world. This position is also responsible for the creation and management of in-system reports and dashboards. The CRM Analyst and Administrator interfaces with a wide range of internal stakeholders (incl. sales, customer service, marketing, IT) and external partners (incl. software vendors and IT consultants).


Duties & Responsibilities

Administer the SAP Cloud for Customer CRM system, with a focus on users in Asia.
Provide support to existing and training to new users
Work with local super users to share best practices and monitor system usage
Develop analytics reports, and dashboards
Participate in testing and rollout of new functionality
Participate in special projects as assigned

The Individual

Bachelors degree in Business, IT or Marketing preferred.
3years experience with CRM systems, ideally SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP CRM or Salesforce.com
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
2year experience administering an enterprise application, preferably a CRM or sales force automation system
Experience with SAP ECC is a plus.
Strong analytical skills
Experience creating reports and dashboards from a range of data sources.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail-minded and self-motivated achiever with a strong focus on accuracy.
Ability to interact effectively with sales managers and other key stakeholders
Fluent in spoken and written English; language skills in Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Indonesian are an advantage.
Experience in working in multiple cultural (esp. Asian) environments
Up to 5 PERCENTtravel (incl. overseas) is required for this position
Due to the international nature of the position it will be from time to time necessary to participate in online meetings outside regular business hours
