What this job involves

The Computerised Management Administrator support the Regional Operations team

with the control and management to a centralised data base systems for work orders

and planned maintenance.

Transition assets correctly into the new CMMS with assigned schedules and

procedures/punch lists which will generate.

Provide management information reports and performance results identifying where KPIs may not be met.


Essential Duties and Application Management and Support (30 PERCENT )

Responsibilities

Work with the Global CMMS team globally and in region to deliver a consistent service ;
Work with others on account nationally, regionally and globally to set levels of access and develop an information security strategy for the system;
Work with the FM Managers and Chief Engineers (across the region) to develop a quality database and mobilise and de-mobilised portfolio assets as required;
Coordinate input of personnel information into CMS for each site;

Communicate with others on account to maintain consistency of data across all CMS platforms;

Develop common naming regime and abbreviations for infrastructure equipment and systems relating to a quality model
Work with the others on account to set up various scheduled tasks;


Reports (20 PERCENT )

Interrogate and analyze CMS to create and provide valuable reports to the Account Team
Review action tracker for monitoring deficiencies and implementation progress by site
On a monthly basis, coordinate a review of open preventative maintenance, KPI targets and client request work orders with the Chief Engineers
Develop an incident tracking and aging report.
Participate in the development, creation and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials.


Relationship Management (20 PERCENT )

Subject Matter Expert for CMS and point of contact for regional account team
Develop and manage relationships with key technology stakeholders on the account team and global IT team.
Maintain thorough knowledge of account service delivery processes and related business functions.


Additional Duties And Responsibilities


Provide first line support and expertise as required by the client or JLL


Expect a level of travel throughout the region.

Skills and Competencies


Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills required

Must be fluent in English, fluency in local language a plus

Attention to detail

Pragmatic and analytical approach to problem solving.

Excellent team working ethics and co-operation, including dispersed/virtual teams.

Microsoft tools, MSExcel intermediate or advanced user, including Office Suite and MS Project,

Webex/Teams meetings,

SharePoint experience, a plus

Training experience to guide multifunctional teams, desirable


Experience


Experience working with CMMS systems and databases

Experience working with global corporates (would be an advantage)

Product/software configuration

Experience in managing simultaneous complex tasks from inception to successful completion

Appreciation of working across a culturally diverse Asia-Pacific geography.

Minimum 3 years IT experience, Corrigo Boot Camp completion
