Be involved in testing which could include both automated and exploratory

Proactively contribute to writing and reviewing of technical documentation,such asuser manualsand installation guidesPerform analysis of client dataAssist with installation/deployment of software products using cloud technologies which could include on prem deployments.Actively engage with subject matter experts, UX, Product owners and all key stakeholders to develop user stories.Coordination and communication within the team and with customersActively engage with software development team and so the customer success manager are updated on developments and client releases etc.Actively be involved in the data management/migration of customer to productsDefining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operationImplementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructureMonitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastageEncouraging and building automated processes wherever possibleWorking closely with technical architects Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk managementWorking with technical architects selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD toolsIncidence management and root cause analysisStrive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)Mentoring and guiding the team membersWork closely with Customer success team to help provide data that can be reported to the customer to show KPIs and SLAs are being met.Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and internal stakeholders
Requirements

Experience In The Following Would Be Desirable
Experience with Atlassian tools such Jira and ConfluenceExperience with source control management such as bitbucket or GitLabsExperience with LiquibaseExperience with Azure ,Google or AWS cloud deploymentsExperience with ETL technologiesKnowledge of API management and security
