Our client in the financial sector is seeking for an experienced Leader to ensure the continuous IT processes improvements and best practices adoption to enable to excellent Service Delivery to all stakeholders.
At least 5 years of experience in IT process management/ project delivery;
Has experience operating in a regional and complex IT system environment;
Good understanding and background in both infrastructure and application;
Strong knowledge in industry standards of process management : ITIL, ITSM, Agile, DevOps, LEAN, etc;
Excellent vendor and service management experience;
Experience in Design Thinking and Workplace collaboration /transformation, creating effective employee experience / engagement;
Good communication, presentation and coordination skills across varied teams;
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills;
Interest in new technology and is keen to continuously improve current processes.
Certified in ITIL, ITSM, LEAN, Agile or SCRUM.
Deliver local initiatives from building of business case to production;
Lead and be responsible for the IT processes and ensure alignment to global framework;
Work with respective Product Owners in defining roadmap for any given products and translate them into user stories;
Lead the collaborative and planning process to prioritize work that has to be done against the capability of the team;
Prepare documentation and manage the approval process for support agreement;
Provide regular updates to the internal team and manage the overall IT risk management of local initiatives;
Establish, monitor and report on the service performance level as per agreed KPIs;
Provide inputs on global tech projects and support local stakeholders to achieve team objectives;
Develop a continuous development process based on the feedback loop;
Establish a dashboard for transparency to all users and bring forth best ideas and best practices from external market;
Create and maintain IT processes by ensuring adherence from all IT teams;
Act as the regional point of contact for overall IT process issues.
