Job Purpose: To Lead the Product team and partner with brand teams, stakeholders and vendors and to execute product roadmap across desktop, mobile and Applications

Job context: As a product Head for B2C, You will have complete ownership across all aspects of and Omni functionalities. Along with the ownership, will have to act as subject matter expert in defining any new functionalities. These functionalities should be based on identified user gaps in the eCommerce experience & basis competitor analysis to progressively improve the eCommerce experience. The new functionalities would be developed taking into consideration the long-term impact of the functionality.

Before defining any new functionality, take buy-in from all the required stakeholders and act as the guide for the brands to get their approval. Once approved, manage the delivery of the required functionality would be developed. Any new functionality that has to be developed if required any down system changes, the same would be provided as a requirement and get the required changes done in required down systems. The major need of any e-com business is to react fast to the competitors and customers needs. Getting the required changes before losing the existing customer group would be a major challenge.


Supporting Actions

Consumer Insights & Experience improvements

Identify gaps in the user experience basis the web & app analytics and convert them into product roadmap requirements. Track competitor and complementary brands for the latest in product functionality & user experience improvements. Drive the importance of compelling features and functionalities in driving a great customer experience that helps on improving transactions and related critical e-com metrics

Stakeholder Management

Liaison with brands, Designers & developers on a daily basis. Act as an SME & go-to expert for the brands in their journey of improving eCommerce experience. Capture requirements from brands on suggested improvements, deliberate with them and define concepts that improve CX

Product Roadmap

Map these areas of opportunities into short term and long term roadmap plans, which are customer-centric & which will improve the overall shopping experience and increase the conversion rate

Program Management

Identifying, scheduling, executing, and managing challenging opportunities and projects across cross-functional teams. Manage stakeholders along this journey with updates & reviews


Developing of functions to generate additional revenue through the e-commerc vertical. ROI driven approach for all planned activities that will impact on key functional key metrics
