FSG TechTCL: Capital Calculations team is looking for a seasoned project manager who can lead the capital calculations projects/program initiatives with a sharp focus on end to end agile delivery while rolling out strategic risk initiatives across global regulatory and divisional programs.

Treasury Capital Liquidity (TCL)Capital Calculations team are the IT enablers for Basel Measurement and Reporting (BMR). The team is responsible for the development and maintenance of the banks core Credit Risk RWA calculation engine and supports the business in their regulatory submissions across multiple regulators. The India team is based in Pune but operates on initiatives across NY, London, Poland and Singapore.

Your skills and experience
The primary responsibilities will include: Responsibility to handle and define the project scope and objectives, to create and maintain a project plan with resource estimation, time and budget requirements as well as establishing deadlines. Opportunity to work on Service Company changes that are shaping the future of the financial industry. Collaborate closely with management, development and support teams on resource management. Accountability for developing detailed level project documents including, but not limited to a project plan with deliverables and dependencies, a project mandate, a communication plan and status reporting. Ensure adherence to the project plan and processes in place, track achievements and handle change requests. Responsibility for quality assurance within the projects by ensuring full compliance with applicable Credit Suisse methodologies, standards and procedures. Supporting Project Leadership Portfolio Teams in providing Project Status and other reports on regular basis. Experienced with working distributed and off-shore team with difference cultures.
Essential Competencies: Experience in handling large and complex IT projects, preferably in the banking/finance industry. Large experience in running projects according to Agile methodology as a PM and Scrum Master Experience leading technical teams achieving results in a project context using resources that do not report directly (e.g. from other departments, external suppliers etc.). High degree of flexibility with a can do attitude, able to work effectively with limited level of instruction and supervision Solid understanding of MS Office, proficiency in JIRA, MS Project and other of Project Management tools desired.
Qualifications Relevant experience
10+ years of hands-on PM experience with at least 5 years of handling implementation of large scale enterprise IT systems in SVM / Finance domain. Degree or higher education in Information Technology or equivalent work experience. Preferred professional certification like PMP, Prince 2, CSM/PSM SDLC/Agile and Project/Program Management experience is mandatory
