Your Role and Responsibilities As Technical Support Professional, you are responsible to manage severity incidents using several tools and integrations, monitoring, maintaining status pages, FAQs, and other documentation useful for clients. In summary, we do our best to provide fast resolution and excellent support to our customers.
Responsibilities : The Identity Access Management Agent (IAM) is responsible for manual user lifecycle management for in-scope systems using multi-tier request processing and fulfillment model, management of in-scope RACF profiles and policies, administration and ongoing enhancement of in-scope authentication services, including Active Directory and Radiant Logic VDS. IAM agents are also responsible for administration of access roles and policies, execution of re-certification campaigns, and management of Privilege Work and Communication under pressure/ client focus, User orientation to provide great support, Collaborative approach and ability to share with global team members lessons learned and blockers, skills)
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in Active Directory, Centrify or Radiant Logic VDS skills Provide 24/7 Level1/Level2 support for Triage. Also, manage sev 1 incidents using several tools, maintaining status pages, FAQs, and other documentation useful for clients. In summary, provide fast resolution and excellent support to the customers. Exposure in Authentication services, profile and policies management knowledge Hands on Experience in Linux, AIX or Windows servers skills Proven Strong interpersonal and organization skill Knowledge and understanding of web applications/programming, HTTP, OpenID Connect and SAML protocols, to know at least one programming language like Java or Node.js.
