Get to know the Role:
Grab is seeking a community engagement executive to support partner communities initiative in Malaysia. Tasked to engage & provide timely response to support local partner communities. This role will be focusing on driving positive relationships and sentiments by moderating and managing conversations on behalf of Grab within partner communities. This includes executions that would engage directly with members of our partner community as well as community outreach programmes through social media, forum, and any other platform necessary.
The day-to-day activities, What you'll do:
Content Creation
Work on several tasks which include copywriting and also visual graphic design.
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software and applications to visualize and develop engaging visual communications design that meet campaign goals
Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company and it's partners appropriately
Ensure resourcefulness and relationship with internal stakeholders to increase productivity and efficiency towards the output business goals
Translate strategic direction into high-quality output within an established brand identity
Community Engagement
Maintain and moderate GrabMY's official Facebook group partner communities (Rakan Grab, Rakan Penghantar Grab, Grab Academy and Driver Representative Community)
Build and maintain relationships with GrabMY's partners (Driver-Partners and Delivery-Partners)
Build relationships with our partners to keep them engaged and communicate upcoming features, products and policy updates
Manage and providing support for upcoming events and campaigns of Rakan Grab, Driver Representative Community and GrabAcademy communities
Community Care
Provide support by communicating to our driver and delivery partner community
Responsible for tracking/responding of all feedbacks in a timely and professional manner
Keep a keen eye on new trends in social conversation, hot buttons, and cultural moments to drive relevant conversations
Actively engaging partner communities to maintain Grab's positive sentiments
Monitor, Analyse and continuously gather insights from GrabMY's official community platforms
Monitor online conversations across community platforms to spot and advise on opportunities
Requirements:
Qualification from any tertiary education, preferably degree in Mass Communication / Marketing
Passion for all things social - staying on top of the latest trend, platform updates, as well as local nuances of consumer behaviour
Able to converse and write in Bahasa and English effectively. Mandarin and other third languages are a bonus.
Strong acumen in data analysis, reporting and time management
Strong cultural curiosity and understanding of current trends and tech
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Experience with Social Media Management tools is a plus
Up-to-date on local internet lingo is a plus
Great at managing conversations and confidence in public speaking is a bonus.
Internal needs:
Coordinate with comms teams to maintain consistency in messaging
Support internal and external reporting as needed
Stay up to date with benefits, incentives, policies and procedures for partners
Manage and highlight partners issues internally in a timely manner
Support with identification and filtering process of potential advocates
Ad-hoc duties include supporting other community management functions as and when required
