About Customer Experience


The Customer Experience (CX) organization will provide a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. The CX organization structure ensures that our customers benefit from dedicated management attention and from our teams deep understanding of local markets. CX is also responsible for ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.





As a Business Analyst, you would be working as business consultant for Nokia internal customers to develop Operator-specific Business Cases for Nokia MN offerings especially SON & Netact (Network Management & Configurator) offerings

Matching customer needs with Nokia SON & Netact (Network Management & Configurator)portfolio and translating solutions to provide clear customer value and benefits
Creating Why Nokia sales argumentation and related business case tools
Market and Operator research; competitor analysis and develop how-to-beat strategy for specific customer scenarios
Interface with Global teams for development of new business case tools as per requirement.
Develop a solid customer and business understanding, financials and Business Case, measuring and managing value creation


Job Responsibilities & Competencies


It is expected that candidate


Should have Complete understanding of end to end sales life-cycle and well versed with Sales terminologies & KPIs such as Total Pipeline Value, Order Intake Forecast, Total value won, Sales funnel etc.
Expertise in MS Excel & creating Customer Presentations
Proactively track opportunities status with Sales and Customer teams on a regular basis so as to take them to a logical closure which would maximize business value of Nokia solutions to the end customer.
