As a seasoned leader, youll be involved with our clients decision-making process by serving as a front-line interface to users with technical issues and conducting systems analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies. Your duties may include installing new software, troubleshooting, granting permissions to applications and training users. Youll also be responsible for the day-to-day support of server services by performing server administration for physical and virtual server operating systems and configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting of physical and virtual hardware and network related interfaces on servers. Well rely on you to perform, maintain, troubleshoot and conduct a complete analysis of alerts; create scripts to automate repetitive processes; and work with customers to identify, isolate, and resolve problems with servers that are affecting other services.

What you bring to the table:

A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree plus 6 years of relevant experienceExperience with deploying and maintaining Windows Client/Server environments Strong background with deploying and maintaining RedHat Linux/CentOS Client/Server environments Familiarity with compliance controls: STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guides), RMF (Risk Management Framework), DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement), NIST SP 800-171, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Familiarity with developer tools : JIRA, Jenkins, Git Runner, Software Development Kits (SDK)s Scripting languages such as bash, Python, Ruby Configuration Management tools (Git/GitLab) Kickstart to automate installation of operating system Monitoring and alerting packages such as Nagios and Ganglia TCP/IP, Internet Routing Protocols, private and public networks, VLANs, Firewalls, Load Balancers, addressing schemes, subnet creation and subnet masking Experience with patching of Windows platforms Client 10 and Server 2012/2016 or newer Experience with patching of RedHat Linux/CentOS Experience installing, configuring, and writing ansible playbooks for automation supporting infrastructure production and development environments Experience managing virtual machine with VMware vSphere and related technologies Advanced understanding of server based operating systemsSubject matter expert (SME) with the ability to mentor others on administrating the server environmentEnhanced troubleshooting skills within the server OS as well as both networking and storage technologiesHands-on experience developing, deploying and supporting large-scale enterprise server solutions
