The Internet of Things Group (IOTG) is dedicated to growing Intels leadership position in the rapidly evolving IoT market by delivering the best silicon, software and services that meet a wide range of customer requirements. IOTG develops high-performance platform solutions for targeted verticals and embedded markets, utilizing existing Intel Xeon, Intel Core and Intel Atom architectures as well as new purpose-build features and accelerators for the IOT market. Our customers include public safety and security, retailers, industrials, healthcare providers, energy companies, automakers and governments. We facilitate our customers creating, storing, and processing data generated by connected devices to accelerate business transformations. Internet of Things Group (IOTG) Technical Program Manager, is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in supporting a growth engine for Intel and scale business growth. This position is responsible for planning/managing both programs and projects that are directly tied to the development, implementation or upgrade of technology or products for external customers. Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program. Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule. Assess risk and identify issues. Monitor progress against schedule. Coordinate resources with other functions. Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Areas of responsible for this IOTG Technical Program Manager could include, but not limited to the following:Lead one or more Program Execution Teams PXTs or Software/solution equivalent Execution Teams .Lead the programs during multiple phases of the Program Life Cycle PLC including planning, execution, transition to production.Collaborate with Product Owners defining the Product Vision and roadmaps. Coordinate release and sprint planning with Scrum Master and Product Owners.Working with key stakeholders to determine and communicate clear program goals to the team with respect to features, performance, quality security, schedule and cost.Build, monitor and maintain the linkage between these program execution goals and the programs business goals of volume, revenue and profitability.Proactively identify program issues and mitigate risks.Build an inclusive environment within the program teams.Ensure that all individuals are respected heard and are skilled to contribute to their maximum potential.Defining, establishing, and maintaining a consistent, traceable decision-making process across a heterogeneous landscape of stakeholders.Gathering metrics and building reports and dashboards that detail program health including customer success, project execution, and team health.Manages interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.Exercises judgment and discretion to develop solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches.Has basic understanding of the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent with strong technical background 6years of relevant experience.5years of strong Software Agile planning required. PMI/PMP Project Management Professional is added advantage.Proficient to manage complex large and multidisciplinary programs.Gathering metrics and building reports and dashboards that detail program health including customer success project execution and team health. Preferred Qualifications:Platform and systems beyond the CPU/SoC.PMP CertificationScrum and Agile experienceCustomer and User experience
