Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, linguistics or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience 4 years of experience designing, building and deploying solutions on telephony platforms and chat servers Experience coding in one or more languages such as Python, Scala, Java, Go, or similar Experience working with technical customers.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with integrating with Telephony platforms (such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Five 9, Twillo, etc) Experience of integration with chat servers. As a Telephony Integration Architect you will provide technical guidance to GCPs largest and most strategic customers to support their adoption of Contact Center AI (CCAI) solutions. You will design the overall solution architecture for each customers CCAI deployment. This will include recommendations for key integrations for telephony platforms and messaging servers. You will co-develop virtual agent solutions with Google Partners, including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), SaaS vendors and System Integrators (SIs). You will maintain close partnership with Googles Cloud AI Engineering teams to build and drive excellence in our products. Together with the team, you will support customer implementation of Google Cloud products Dialogflow and Contact Center AI. You will be the Technical solutions lead for strategic Google Cloud customers.

Responsibilities Work with customers to design their overall solution architecture for CCAI including integration with telephony platforms and chat servers to meet customer needs Lead Telephony and chat integration work stream on CCAI engagements with strategic Google Cloud customers, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, addressing customer needs Be a technical advisor and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges for customers. Create and deliver best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code. Travel regularly (up to 30%, although we also frequently use video conferencing) in-region for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities.
