Position Purpose

The candidate will be responsible for providing SharePoint 2013 2016 support.

The candidate should be able to manage complex issues and help other team members in resolving these issues.

The candidate should be self-motivated, proactive and a good team player.

The candidate should be expert in SharePoint OOTB features, JavaScript and JQuery for site designing.

The candidate should have expert in analytical skills to understand the entire application flow for quality investigation.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

In charge of the user issues and requirements processingCome up with new ideas to enhance the quality of support.Expert in handling complex issues.Provide proper communication to management and end user in case of any critical issues.End user functional supportMonitor End to End SharePoint and perform Health Check.User Access Management.Analyze and fix issues raised by clients.Ensure internal and external communication about the incidents/ service requests/ changes impacting the application landscape.Propose improvements related to the support activity.Log Issues and Resolution processes.Management of SP permissions, e.g. checking access rights, etc.Regular review of events and messages in SP logs, management and clean-up of SP sites.Maintenance of profile information and personal sitesWorking with infrastructure support teams on the on-going design and support of the SP infrastructure.Reply to and post discussion topics for end-user help. Understanding of SP2013 OOTB features and SP2013 DesignerSupport coverage -Three shifts covering 24 X 7 including Night shift.

Should be able to manage and handle critical activities and enhance monitoring to reduce incidents.
