Support Siebel CRM and Field Service Modules. Support OBIEE, OBIA for Siebel and Informatica ETLs. Troubleshoots issues in existing Siebel IP 2016 based applications, and web services. Gather technical requirements, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the customers needs Analyze software requirements, define solution parameters and specifications. Application design and development Negotiates and manages technical scope to reduce business and technical risks Able to apply professional mastery and industry-wide understanding of technology, tools and methodologies to develop solutions in leading edge or critical situations. Able to manage the customer and manage situations during the support / implementation process Maintain software version control Maintain system documentation Provide training to employees Work with Oracle through SRs for any product defects/bugs Excellent communication skills
Extensive knowledge of Siebel CRM, Field Service Modules to support administration and Programming
Hands on experience OBIEE, OBIA for Siebel and Informatica
Well-developed technical skills. Skills in organizing and presenting information, proposals etc.
Ability to build effectiverelationships within the City and to train others
Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering (equivalent professional experience may be considered forsubstitution for the required degree on an exception basis)
Preferred Education & Experience
Masters degree in computer science or engineering with 5-8 years of directly related professional work.
