At least 0.6 - 2 yrs of experience in IT recruiting. Ability to demonstrate Full Recruitment Cycle. Proficient in sourcing relevant candidates through various sourcing platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Monster,etc along with social recruiting and referral recruiting. Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical recruiting skill sets. Should be flexible in performing various roles. Should have positive attitude, positive thinker and ability to learn new skills and roles. Should be good with MS office or equivalent Good communication and telephone etiquette with great command over written and spoken English.
