Title: Mobile Services Designer

Location: Milton Keynes or Paddington - (Due to Covid this role is 100% remote work - until covid is over)

Duration: 6 months Rolling Contract (3-4 Year Programme)

Day to day responsibilities: Mobile Services Designer

Provide expert mobile service portfolio management and guidance by engaging with relevant CLIENT and non CLIENT teams. Develop and document the service requirements to deliver a clear understanding of the service offering and value proposition. Definition and development of mobile service definitions, aligned to business requirements, industry best practise, providing consistent and high-quality service options that can be fulfilled and operated Definition and development of end to end mobile service models in conjunction with a service designer, aligned to railway requirements, industry best practise, the business strategy, providing consistent and high-quality service options that can be fulfilled and operated Senior stakeholder management in the acquisition of service signoff through the service governance process to deliver awareness and agreement to the service strategy Create the customer facing service documentation, including updates to the service catalogue and deliver presentations to clearly articulate the service value and benefits to the customer business, passengers and railway personnel Lead virtual teams of subject matter experts (SME's) during service development to provide the right level of technical, implementation and operational competence into the solution proposal documentation Technical engagement of approved suppliers to deliver cutting-edge customer solution options using 3rd party services and technology. This includes developing an in-depth understanding of 3rd party products and road maps negotiating the best to outcome to the project team and customers

Key skills Needed: Mobile Services Designer

have solid experience in Telecommunications services solid experience in designing and developing mobile (GSM and 4G/5G) services be able to provide industry best practice knowledge of product management in a Telecoms environment (fixed line) with the ability to work on multiple products concurrently provide influencing, persuasion and negotiating skills at all levels across the organisation, up to Board level within NR Excel in verbal and written communication Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills Have the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels across the organisation and be able to provide reasonable challenge in support of service development in terms of business transformation Develop and maintain a good network of contacts

Have and continue to develop experience of working with and facilitating multi-functional groups within a regulated environment
