We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional to join our Supply Chain Systems team. Ideal candidates will have a background in an SAP APO and ECC-MM/PP environment of a fast-paced, large corporate organization. In addition to strong leadership and analytical skills, you must have a roll-up your sleeves attitude.
Primarily responsible for assisting in designing solutions within Demand Planning, SNP, reporting, data analysis, data movement and inventory optimization to business challenges in our Supply Chain functional area. Additional responsibilities will be supporting the business with issues, questions and resolution to them.

Works closely with the business community to perform functional analysis for designing solutions, evaluating options that include but are not limited to: new program development, configuration of existing systems, business process redesign, new package/system evaluation or a combination of these options and support of issue tickets.
Understands enough about each option to evaluate multiple options and recommend the best course of action based on requirements coverage and effort required. Demonstrates functional product knowledge within area of responsibility. Serves as a point person for addressing support, issues and enhancements related to the specific product and functional area.
(Though we are currently working remote due to Covid, this position is based in our Mundelein, IL office. Once we return to the office, this individual will work 3 days per week in the Mundelein office, and can work from home or the office for the other 2 days).
The challenging responsibilities of the position include:

%26middot; Support, Architect, Design and help with requirements elicitation in SCM area with respect to Data movement between ECC and APO.
%26middot; Bring in best practices in architecting, designing & supporting APO-DP/SNP and MM/PP applications
%26middot; Communication with end-users & team members a must
%26middot; Gather Functional/Business requirements from users & sponsors
%26middot; Author & Communicate business process design (BPD), business systems design (BSD) and system test plans
%26middot; Schedule & perform BSD walk-through with development team
%26middot; Support the development of team members during detailed design & coding phase
%26middot; String & system test execution
%26middot; Production support

Job Requirements:
Bachelor%26's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related. Minimum of 2 years total SAP systems experience implementing APO and ECC(MM/PP) solutions specific to APO DP/SNP SCM 7 and HANA experience a plus Strong functional and business knowledge in APO-DP, SNP, and Procure to Pay Hands on experience with: SAP APO Master Data, CIF integration, APO DP, APO SNP, APO/BI infrastructure and data transfer, Procure to Pay ECC processes Knowledge of IBP a plus Experience working in a custom environment Knowledge of data modeling and database design a plus Knowledge with Talend a plus Knowledge of Composite and database information and use a plus SQL knowledge a plus Performance tuning in both an APO/BI environment, including large volume data movement between systems. Demonstrated DP/SNP configuration and technical skills including history data mapping, APO BI design, statistical models analysis and selection (best fit vs. specific models), Macro development, Proportion factors, Demand aggregation and disaggregation, Final demand release to SNP, forecast consumption/reduction, SNP heuristic, SNP aggregate planning and hierarchy, SNP macro development. Previous development experience a plus Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to organize & balance multiple projects/priorities Must be self- motivated with capability to work independently
