Description
Primary Responsibilities:

Participate in the requirements gathering, guide discussions by representing standard HR functionality and how these can be leveraged more.
Deliver required functionality according to Microsoft standards, align with roadmaps for key strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with Domain Architects and other Solution Designers to ensure both excellence in design and delivery.
Detail design of the E2E solution -Utilize reference architecture in project design work.
Enhance the project capabilities by continuous improvements & innovation; develop strong partnership with business and other groups globally
Understand and improve processes/interfaces with SAPs upstream and downstream applications.
Solution review of Partner led delivery to ensure the solution fits into HCM roadmap and quality of deliverables
Support Domain Architects in the definition of solution and technology roadmaps and industry standards
Develop strong collaborative relationships with key Business users to deliver reliable, supportable business solutions


Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
8-14 Years of experience as a SAP HCM Techno-Functional Analyst, Solution architect or SME
Hands on experience in customization/configuration of SAP HCM (OM, PA, Payroll, Time Management)
Experience in USA and Global Payroll implementation including Global Employee management
Experience in working on large scale global enterprise implementations
Strong understanding of HCM business processes
A strong understanding of Software life cycle methodology and Informations systems development and support
Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting skills along with sound judgement and decision-making skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with geographically diverse groups

Preferred Requirements:

Relationship management at leadership level
Experience with a variety of SDLC methodologies such as: SCRUM or other agile methodologies
Professional Training and Certification: SAP, Success Factors EC or EC Payroll, Project Management
Excellent ability to succeed in ambiguous environment.
