Job Description Requirement
Provide first /second level technical support, service restoration, fulfillment of service request and advice to users ensuring the maximum availability, performance and utilization of knowledge and information systems. Follow a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving to meet set standards and agreed procedures. Executes transactions as per prescribed timelines. Provides remote assistance to End Users (phone, email, chat and other channels)
Quickly build trust and confidence with customer
Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically.
Desired Candidate Profile .
Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Desk/ Tech support process / Cloud Computing Process. Excellent communication skills C1 equivalent proficiency. Graduation is mandatory. Freshers with technical Back Ground Can apply. (2019 to 2021 Batch) Flexible to Work in Rotational Shifts Immediate joiners
Experience: 0 to 5 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 2,00,000 to 5,00,000
