Converts routes in all forms into usable data for FOCUS. Adheres to standard operating procedures around route management, ensures accurate submission, and uploads and maintains the data in FOCUS.
Conducts processes for converting routes from all forms (3rd party systems data exports, MS Excel documents, handwritten forms, etc.) into useable route data for FOCUS. Leads the effort to prepare routes in FOCUS for School Startup and new business. Provides periodic status reports to various IT and Business stakeholders. Ensures adherence to the FirstGroup America processes and procedures. Manages time effectively, prioritizing, and escalating tasks and issues as necessary. Provide customer service support to internal and external customers (in-person and by phone).
Experience & Skills Required:
Proficient in MS Office products w/an emphasis on Excel Experience in developing and fine tuning business processes Experience with Secure File Transfer Protocol utilities (SFTP/FTP) Familiar with concepts related to data normalization Working knowledge of relational database experience Working knowledge of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) concepts and/or any commercial mapping software tools such as ALK-Trimble, Versatrans & Edulog
