Description
We are seeking for an experienced SAP HR Functional Consultant to support & facilitate projects.
Skill-set Requirement
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems;
  • Has 4-5 years of experience in SAP Human Resources Management Systems;
  • Good working knowledge of Human Resource payroll practices, Time Management and Employee Self service ( ESS ) modules including schemas and PCRs;
  • Good working knowledge of Business Application Programming Interface ( BAPI ), User Exits, Business Add In ( BADI ) and Enhancement Points;
  • Good working knowledge of migration from Legacy systems and Business workflow;
  • Understanding of system integration with SAP HR and FICO;
  • Strong in verbal and written communications, analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to details;
  • Good Vendor management, stakeholder communications and management;

Desirable Skills
  • Certified in SAP HCM.
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing functional expertise of Core SAP HR modules and manage the transition;
  • Gather the core requirements of the users and design systems solutions;
  • Responsible for the delivering the SAP Change Requests, Enhancements and issue logs based on configuration;
  • Create functional Specifications for Change Requests raised;
  • Create technical specifications for the SAP technical consultant when coding is required;
  • Actively involved in performing unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing and assist user in acceptance testing;
  • Support SAP users, troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and resolve system issues reported;
  • Perform upgrade/patching of SAP HR support package annually;
  • Propose new solutions/directions to improve the effectiveness and efficient implementation;
  • Provide system training to the new users;
  • Coordinate with other modules and external systems that have interfaces with SAP HR.
