POSITION SUMMARY The IT Applications Analyst for Construction applications is responsible for requirements definition, functional design, vendor evaluation and technical support of contruction applications and associated EPC integrations. The individual will be responsible to drive sustainable, operational excellence in the delivery of new application enhancements and existing services. Position Responsibilities This position is accountable for the following: Facilitate busess process discussions, to gather and clearly document business requirements which ensure value-add and meet the client objectives
Provide technical direction in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance for bug fixes and enchancements related to other Engineering, Procurement and Cost management
Work with the Change and Release Management team to ensure representation and coordination of projects throughout the change and release process
Actively participate in design discussions and code reviews
Understands both Agile Methodology, project execution approaches and provides guidance to other teams
Work with vendors to design and implement new functionality
Continuously drive excellence in the areas of optimizing services and work processes, improving quality and reliability and lowering total costs
Responsible to deliver and maintain existing services, resolve incidents and problem management and meet SLAs as well as provide rotational on call coverage

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS This position requires strong knowledge and skills in the following areas: 3years experience with enterprise Construction application solution configuration
5years custom software development experience including full development lifecycle
Experience with PL/SQL, and Javascript
Experience with Oracle background application server, C# and Excel a strong plus
Experience using and customizing the Business Intelligence Reporting (BIR) tool.
Bachelors degree in technical discipline such as computer science or engineering, or equivalent work experience
Experience as an construction engineer or having an overview of all construction business process is an added advantage.
Experience as an IT - Development and Operation engineer of Construction application such as Box, PROCORE, ARESPRISM or other related EPC Construction Management software.
Strong problem solving and teamwork skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Vendor relationship and product management skills
Working knowledge of SAP and the integration points with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems
Experience
Min 5 to 8 Years.
