Looking for a skilled consultant to come in and start helping out right away.
Temporary Associate Responsibilities - Operational Reporting Consultant

Required Skills:
CMS and/or Regulatory Reporting experience
2 years experience, standard reporting using Business Objects
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to vlookups, pivot tables, manipulating large volumes of data, creating and troubleshooting formulas.
Effectively manage and facilitate meetings in person or remotely
Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements
Experience planning, writing and executing test plans
Requires strong organizational skills; experience leading tasks independently and tracking actions cross-functionally
Work with the business stakeholders to understand, define, and document reporting requirements
Support efforts to elicit, analyze, document, and validate report requirements
Partner with business and IT resources to review new and existing requirements
Review and troubleshoot reporting data, including issue spotting and identifying trends
Schedule, run & deliver reports to internal parties for client submission
Present new report requirements for approval
Respond to requests for report clarification and research on data provided.
Analyze existing reports in comparison with client requests and regulatory requirements to define deficiencies and identify manual data manipulation
Critically evaluate information gathered from business stakeholders, reconcile opposing information, and prepare a solution based on client contractual or regulatory requirements. Validate the solution satisfies the requirements.
Reverse engineer existing Business Objects and Excel reports to confirm existing requirements.
Document changes to reports for audit purposes and communication to impacted parties
In coordination with other team members, create, execute & test cases prior to submitting them to the final recipient.
Support in the development and delivery of the change management effort with internal parties and clients on report changes
