Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for management of supply chain Business Intelligence system and tools, ensuring they meet requirements to enhance supply chain and company objectives across two business units for North America. Responsibilities include maintaining system and existing tools as well as, gathering system requirements, developing and implementing projects to ensure users are optimizing system usage. This position will lead on developing and implementing new tools and working with team members and all key stakeholders to improve the essential SC system and tool function. When IT assistance is required, this position will be the liaison to IT partners.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for the management of supply chain Business Intelligence systems - including maintaining existing Webi, Analysis and Power BI tools, and developing new BI tools to consolidate and manage data. Develop methods to more efficiently complete business processes. Works with Supply Chain group as well as Transportation and Operations teams to optimize performance through system usage and configuration. Provides key role in implementation of major systems projects - centered configuration and development of new tools. This includes mapping, configuration, testing, and scenario creation of requirement to run the system. Coordinates across multiple functions and 3rd parties to ensure resolution of system issues. Using Business Object and Power BI - analyzes complex processes in logistics, energy, manufacturing performance and raw material management. Supports the entire SC team with BI systems and tools, enabling decision making in numerous business/operations initiatives. Develops and establishes supply chain reporting tools for the organization and to specific functional stakeholders - working directly with the stakeholders to drive improvements of key tools. Provides oversight of all BI tool elements and processes within Supply Chain business ownership such as automation of raw material management and energy planning. Works to provide continuity in the system tools as business conditions change. Leads management of APO System, ensuring processes are functioning properly and integrity of data. Supports system integration efforts related to all acquisitions. Works closely with those who manage data and apply analytics. Provides configuration and assists in the definition and set-up of new data tables and links between system.


Education: Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management or IT Systems 4 -6 years of experience using data analytics in a business environment. Expert knowledge of supply chain systems Expert knowledge in the usage of cloud based planning and scheduling systems. Proficient in the use database systems, SAP, advanced Excel, and Business Objects
