Minimum five years help desk and deskside support experience requiredCollege Diploma (or equivalent experience)Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skillsAbility to take the initiative to learn and apply technical skillsExperience with Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systemsExperience with configuration and setup of PCs, printers and mobile devicesWorking knowledge of Active Directory / ExchangeExperience with MS Office 2016/O365 (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook).Experience with Service Desk software is a plusAbility to work independently
