Description
Assist in maintaining all network security controls and ensure they are properly implemented, monitored, and documented in the change control process in support of SOC 2 compliance.
Utilize monitoring, performance analysis, network management, software and hardware equipment to trouble shoot and isolate problems, gauge network performance, and trace data and protocol activity for 45+ remote and administrative sites.
Deploy new sites and configure network equipment at all remote sites.
Provide routine maintenance and administration for all Windows Server versions including 2008/2012/2012R2/2016/2019.
Provide backup and recovery services for Windows servers using VEEAM and ShadowProtect
Provide routine maintenance and administration for all physical servers and virtual machines running on VMware vCenter 6.7.
Provide routine maintenance and administration for all networking equipment and appliances including but not limited to routers, switches, 802.11x APs, Web Security Gateways, Firewalls, VPN concentrators.
Develop and document technical processes and procedures as needed.
Provide routine maintenance and administration of Windows AD, LDAP, DHCP, DNS, IIS and File sharing services
Provide routine maintenance and administration of mobile device management with Vmware WorkSpaceONE for both Android and iOS devices.
Create metric reports on CPU, RAM, storage and networking utilization through SolarWinds, AlienVault USM, SonicWall and Barracuda networking appliances.
Experience with O365 and Azure AD.
Experience with Azure Cloud administration highly preferred.
Understanding of networking concepts including network segregation, DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, 802.11x, OSI model, SNMP, NetFlow, MPLS
Be part of an on-call rotation, expected to resolve networking and service impacting event.
Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
Recommend and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management.
Position requirements:
Requires Bachelors degree (in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent, and 2 years of related experience.
Experience with O365 and Azure AD.
Demonstrated knowledge of key protocols such as TCP, IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, MPLS, BGP

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience in related field or Masters Degree in Computer Science.
