Job Title: Jr. Systems Administrator/Sr. Technical Support Administrator


Job Type: Direct-Hire

Salary:Based on experience, $60,000 - $70,000



Job Scope:



As a Jr. Systems Administrator/Sr. Technical Support Administrator, you will be working directly with end-users, through remote troubleshooting to identify and resolves technical issues. You will collaborate internally with other teams to escalate issues, and resolve end user needs in a timely manner, while documenting all work in a ticketing system.This role will not provide onsite desktop support, and will work remotely to resolve all technical issues.If onsite support is required, you will coordinate with desktop teams to resolve such instances.Communication with clients will be done through email, phone, and remote desktop support.



Skills/Experience Requirements:At least 5 years experience in the following areas



Supporting Microsoft Office365 products and services (OneDrive, Outlook SharePoint, Teams, etc.), up to including systems administration of O365
Supporting virtualized desktop environments, to include VMware (vSphere, ESXi) and/or Citrix (XenApp, Citrix Director, Citrix Studio) environments, and VPN connectivity
Supporting Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory, adding/removing users, allocating permissions, managing Group Policy, as well as working with Azure AD Services
Supporting hardware, software, network, and server/system technical issues, identifying a root cause, and coordinating resolutions and escalations with internal teams as needed
Supporting mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Tablets, Android devices, Windows devices, etc.), and working with mobile device management tools such as Intune, and Xen Mobile
Supporting multi-factor authentication and security services for applications
Documenting all efforts and details of support provided, procedures and resolutions through ticketing systems
Must be detail orients, and self-directed, as you will be working in an independent manner, yet collaborating with internal teams for support as needed
Technical certifications are a plus
