This role is an excellent Opportunity to work with an End User.For this Service Desk Manager role - You must have experience in reviewing document and implement new process.Experience in service operation and incidence management.Experience in setting up new services desks and managed the existing. You should have handled and managed a new setup before.Strong Experience of handling teams of few supervisors and around 10+ service desk analysts.This role requires Strong Tech experience in Data Centre, vmware, Active Directory, O365 Admin and EMS, OS Windows till version 10, In Tune, device encryption, antiviruses and patching.As a Service Desk Manager you should have strong experience in Knowledge management, User access request, End user communication, HW and SW Fulfilment.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Strong Client and stakeholder management experience.ITSM Experience and ITIL Foundation Certified.
