As a Software Developer Lead within PNCs ATM Channel organization, you can be based out either in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH or Columbus Ohio or Cleveland, OH. Preferably Pittsburgh, PA

Must Have Skills

10+ years of Application and related infrastructure management and Deployment experience for following techstack
o Windows, IIS, .Net Framework, SQL server, Linux, Tomcat
o OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker
o Elasticsearch, Cassandra
Experience in Building DevOps CI/CD Pipelines
Experience in deployments tools such as uDeploy and Jenkins, repository management tools such as Artifactory and GIT
Experience in Connect::Direct and CA7 Integration with applications
General knowledge of firewall and related concepts used in server-side related projects
Experience in Agile Projects
Identify roadblocks and inefficiencies in the current workflow, and work with teams to plan and remediate improvements
Consult with architecture in analyzing and identifying the right pieces in building our ATM Banking platform. Be involved in decision-making, such as project planning, time estimation, build vs. buy
Drive project progress and communicate project status to partners
Support legacy technologies and be a part of the solution in migrating them to cloud native solutions
Manage incidents and incident responses to ensure proper follow-up and mitigation
Go-getter, Great verbal, written and self-driven skills to accomplish the assigned work in given timeline
Support and mentor team members

Good to Have Skills

Experience working in banking industry, especially in ATM space is preferred
Experience working in PNC is a plus
Experience in DevOps and Infra Automation
Experience in NCR ATM Software such as Transaction Gateway, CSP Imaging, Vision, CSP OTP, CX Marketing, Network Manager, Integration server, Video, Teller Enterprise is preferred

Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.Facilitates complex problem resolution.Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

System Development Life Cycle - Knowledge of project management techniques and the ability to plan, design, develop, test, implement and maintain system development life cycle segments and phases.

Technical Troubleshooting - Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques, and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
