What You'll Do:

You cocreate an Alliance Partner Strategy with Executive Management (CEO, Product, Marketing, Sales)You own, promote and position the VMRay Technology Alliance programYou identify and formulate stories and partnership proposition to attract and engage partnersYou reach out to new target partners and establish relationships (partner acquisition)You maintain and leverage existing relationshipsYou create and implement plans for joint go-to market, technical integration and sales enablementYou orchestrate all business and technical activities around partnerships with internal stakeholdersYou define and measure KPIs to monitor success and value of alliances

What You'll Need:

10 years of professional experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Solution Engineering, or Product Management (ideally with initial experience in the Cyber Security Industry)You are experienced in building and maintain relationships and have the willingness and ability to actively reach out to new partners Experience in SAAS/Software is requiredYou are passionate about sales and technology and you are knowledgeable of the market, industry, business challenges and customer opportunities as wellYou demonstrate the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges in the marketYou are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills (talk to tech and business, talk to key senior, mid-level and line-level)You have great interpersonal skills, are a self-driven individual contributor with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement and you work process oriented and structuredThe preferred remote location is in the US (West or East coast), international travel is required
