JOB DE SCRI P T IO N:

Loeffler Randall is seeking an E-Commerce Site Manager to lead our rapidly growing digital business and develop on our best in class website. This individual will pair their digital expertise with creative problem solving skills to oversee E-Commerce operations, website development and product presentation while developing strategies to optimize customer experience through data-driven analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and execute website development and drive new strategies for short and long term growth.

Oversee Shopify Plus and all third party development teams and integrations to the platform.

Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and present fresh ideas for the growth of Loefflerrandall.com, focusing on best practices in UX, new formats for compelling presentation and story telling, and trends within E-Commerce.

Leverage data and customer feedback to identify, analyze and report on trends and patterns to optimize the website.

Conduct thorough user testing and evaluation of front and Back End integrations.

Draft and upload all product data to the Shopify platform.

Ensure promotions, site enhancements and content are properly setup, scheduled, and QA'ed on site prior to launch.

Offer guidance and expertise on new ERP system integration and oversee all testing.

Partner with various internal teams to understand product, key business objectives, launches, markdown cadence and marketing initiatives to ensure deadlines are being met.

Liaise with our warehouse and shipping providers to ensure SLA's are being met, and alert them to future volume spike events.

Manage the customer support team in their efforts to offer quality experience to our audience through chat, email and phone channels.

Support the Digital Marketing Manager in providing a fast path to product and conversion, and maintain the email service provider and reporting tools.

Promptly identify and resolve order flow, site bug, and improper UX related issues.

Review the site daily with a customer-first mindset, reacting to current business and trends to drive conversion.

Partner with the Copywriter to update product and content information to the site platform and content entry tools.

Ensure that E-Commmerce packaging materials are supplied and reordered as needed.

Be the communications liaison with Logistics, Production, and Marketing on product delivery timelines and receipts.

Partner with Merchandising and Marketing teams to manage visual merchandising efforts.

Track and report on the heath of the website and app integrations, to ensure functionality meets exceptions and offer recommendations to improve performance, usability, and site speed.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

4 + years of experience working in fashion or fashion adjacent E-commerce, including experience with the Shopify Plus platform.

Must display exceptional project management skills, with experience using various project management tools.

Passion for tech, UX, and analyzing the competitive landscape for future development.

Ability to evaluate issues and effectively communicate technical and non-technical solutions to peers and customers in a timely manner.

Strong grasp of Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Previous experience in customer support, Net Suite and Bergen Logistics a plus.

A self-starter that can work independently, with critical thinkingand creative problem-solving behaviors.

Strength in building and maintaining relationships and fosteringan environment of trust and mutual respect across key partners.

A reliable team player with a passion for the brand thatis accountable for delivering quantifiable results.

Highly organized with strong time management skills: ableto balance priorities, and move quickly in a rapidly changingenvironment with tight deadlines.

Tech savvy, with skills in navigating platforms and tools usedwithin the company quickly and efficiently.
