Description
StormSystem is a DC3 project helping industry and government protect controlled unclassified information residing on their networks.

Work with the Program Manager and a federally funded research and development center to guide the development, test and evaluation of StormSystem.

Required Qualifications

* BS and 8+ years of relevant experience, or MS and 6+ years, or PhD and 3+ years.

* Demonstrated experience leading a cross-functional team supporting program protection, cyberspace, or counterintelligence operations.

* Demonstrated experience working with program protection, cyberspace, and counterintelligence organizations to enable these organizations to meet mission objectives.

* Demonstrated project management experience providing technical direction and oversight of hardware and/or software projects.

* Demonstrated experience establishing new intelligence collections requirements.

* Demonstrated knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.

* Demonstrated experience in testing and evaluation of software, hardware and processes.

* Knowledge of digital forensics, cyber threat analysis, and open source technology.

* Current TS/SCI clearance.

Desired Qualifications

* Project Management Professional certification.

* Demonstrated knowledge of the DoD and AF policies as it relates to technology development and testing.
