As a Communications Compliance Engineer, you will use your knowledge and experience to design/implement regulatory, compliance and governance controls across the bank user communications services. These includes designing and implementing regulatory action outcomes focusing on Regulatory communication archival, eDiscovery and Supervision services with experience with Microsoft 365. You must possess a unique blend of engineering, compliance, administration and customer facing skills. Be an out of the box thinker and able to directly engage with all stakeholders - security, network, compliance, data, user experience, business, engineering, governance. Performs hands-on analysis, design, and implementation activities. Demonstrates experience with advanced Problem, Incident and Triage management. Ability to speak to best practices in terms of implementation, maintenance, performance and scalability of technology solutions. Experience with Archival, Messaging, Data Analytics and Data Management technologies a plus.
