About Customer Experience


The Customer Experience (CX) organization will provide a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. The CX organization structure ensures that our customers benefit from dedicated management attention and from our teams deep understanding of local markets. CX is also responsible for ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.



The Bid Manager will serve as single point of contact in RFP sales cases and bid management. The Bid Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and support sales opportunities and offers.


Job Responsibilities & Competencies

Drives early engagement with customer teams in offer development.


Drive commercial aspects of the bid during offer preparation stage and beyond.


Align teams with market specific strategies and priorities- drive specific sales push programs and sales initiatives


Partner closely with Account Managers to project manage bids cost effectively at highest quality and at scale.


Foster strong collaboration with product lines for timely ramp up of competences.


Drive standardization and consistency for pre sales across product lines to ensure a best in class offer process.


Proactively collaborates between sales team and business groups.


Provides support to the end-to-end process of medium to large and / or complex bids.


Independently works within broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues.


Works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment, and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements.


Transfers concepts for professional direction of own organizational unit into actionable measures.


Shows working leadership skills and executing those in the bid process.


Able to build successful teams, structure processes, define and execute strategies, plan and implement complex projects.


Ensures timely delivery of a high-quality offer through managing offer creation across involved teams and during negotiation phase and handover to delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience


At least 5 years experience in project management, sales operations, or bid and proposal/tendering).


Proficient bid management and pricing expertise


Bid management experience in the Telecomm industry is a plus


Solid organization and influential skills.


Sales Proposal and Operations Project Management experience


Be able to make sure our customers feel listened to and help them with their needs


Awareness of the major technologies & applications used in the industry as well as of the Nokia Portfolio offering (products, solutions, and services)


Excellent project management skills


Good understanding of the tools needed for documenting bid activities


Proficient in MS Office/MS teams tools, OneNote, and SharePoint
Experience
Min 5 to 8 Years.
