Description
Understand the customer insights around UI/UX and optimize the journey
Oversee the design, development & deployment of engaging web pages, calcula-tors & tools required for customers to make an informed decision about purchas-ing the right insurance solution
Manage new product setup which involves end-to-end management - creating landing / information pages, calculators, tools, application form, payment and integration with various web services
Instituting proper governance protocols to ensure that regulatory and suitable risk control measures are adhered to. This requires that aspects such as data flow between systems happen seamlessly and digital assets such as web pages are regularly reviewed and kept updated in coordination with business teams
Implement the changes received from various internal teams. This involves alter-ing the customer journey. This may also involve third party integrations like CKYC, AADHAAR, Video KYC, etc.
Make sure that the requisite data is passed seamlessly from front-end interfaces into back-end systems such as lead management, policy admin and other sys-tems
Optimizing web pages, services and journeys for variables such as response time, availability and success rate
Manage calculators and journeys for partners on whose digital platforms the in-surance products are also hosted. This also involves taking care of integration with back-end systems for seamless data flow
Oversee and drive initiatives to optimize the performance of pages and various web services
Enable third party integrations like True caller, Facebook, Google etc.
Make sure that interlinkages between platforms such as journey re-directions from the mobile application to website works seamless
Drive automated & regular monitoring of customer journeys along with clear ac-tion matrix
Liaison with various business & technology teams to clearly outline require-ments, provide regular status on projects and issues management
Manage the team of developers & testers and make sure that the internal moni-toring and testing is in place. This also includes making and altering test cases.
Maintain a master repository of all digital assets created & owned
Management of partner relationship which also includes agreements & billing processes
Create a supportive environment to ensure that the team is able to efficiently work with requisite accesses and that the systems are functioning properly
