Currently, RG is looking to hire a Software Programmer to support our Air Force customer. This role will be critical in supporting our customers overarching mission of supporting the warfighter.

A Day In the Life:

To help make our customer successful, the chosen candidate can expect to be involved with or responsible for:

Cradle-to-grave development process working directly with the client to collect requirements, developing pages while working on an Agile team, and briefing/training the product as it is developed with end-usersProviding maintenance support as neededWorking with minimal oversight and taking initiative to complete projectsCreating financial and production analyses and presenting finds to customer via web-based reports/charts or in briefing formUnderstanding and implementing complex calculations in SQL queriesPerforming data mining activities on complex database layouts for multiple systems (including AF legacy)Absorbing the customer business practices, anticipating customer needs, and providing valuable solutionsPresenting data, findings, and training materials as requestedPerforming software conversion from a Classic ASP to ASP. Net in C#

A Consultant is an exempt customer-facing business professional that provides a variety of information directly to customers for their ongoing programs, new initiatives, strategic planning, and measurement/evaluation in one or more of RGs solutions. They possess excellent customer service skills, remain current on industry trends, value teamwork, and have a wide range of interpersonal skills.

Required Experience

To be successful in this role, all candidates must meet the below qualifications to be considered.

1+ year of .Net, Java, or C# development (coding experience)SQL, mySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle database knowledgeAbility to obtain a CAC
