Position Overview

Technician support associate is responsible to provide the remote troubleshooting through OpteView to resolve ATMs issues Document all troubleshooting performed on the tickets. OpteView minimizes manual intervention, as majority of the issues will be sorted by remote OpteView.

You are responsible for

Provide technical remote support to the ATMs
Thorough understanding of system applications and different modules of the ATMs; Documenting and providing timely updates on incidents as they occur.
Solve client issues in an effective and timely manner as prescribed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Monitoring ATM transaction performance to ensure continuous operation, investigating down terminals and dispatching appropriate service personnel to resolve problem.
Comprehensive knowledge about the remote services to come up with solutions for the
troubleshooting problems with high degree of accuracy.
Reviewing Service requests and priorities them as per process.
Take end to end ownership of customer issues reported follow standard operating procedures escalate to internal teams for quicker resolution
Perform all the required tests on terminals diligently.
Understanding of all the necessary critical check steps.
Knowledge on required documentation of module and notes summary.

Qualifications

Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
Self-motivated individual with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in Troubleshooting
Minimum of 0.5 - 2 years of experience in a service business or analyst function
Understand technical concepts, and deliver positive results for customers
Possess comprehensive knowledge about the hardware as well as software to come up with solutions for the troubleshooting problems.
Remote service experiance usage of remote tools to analyze and resolve tickets.
Anticipate customer needs and effectively addressing concerns related to their issue or resolution
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (24/7
Decision making capabilities
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Quick Learner
Team Player
Ability to work under pressure

Open to work from Office.

Flexible to work in Night / Graveyard Shifts 24/7 rotational / split week offs.
