Position Purpose

GTFO transverse transformation team is the flag bearer for ensuring platforms performance at utmost efficiency
balancing coherent risk. Special focus lies on change management, operational compliance support, business continuity
and access rights support.


Direct Responsibilities

Supporting Trade Applications deployment/enhancement projects for Trade Operations platform.

Responsibilities include

Acting as SME for Trade finance and BNPP Trade applications.
Acting as Single Point of Contact between operations and IT.
Analyzing issues/business needs and designing target technical solution with BA and IT PM.
Supporting Technical change management for Trade applications by:
Building of comprehensive Test Case Book.
Overseeing UAT execution for timeliness and quality.
Taking lead in corrections/fixes for bugs/regression identified in UAT.
Knowledge Transfer and training to operations for in scope changes.
Sign off operational readiness.
Stabilization support.
Support global automation initiatives.
Support IT governance.
Act as advisory to Internal Teams on existing Application functionalities to support business imperatives.

The previous position of the candidate should have enabled him/her to develop the following technical skills:

Minimum 4 years of International trade finance operations experience.
Experience of supporting technical change management.
Strong communication skills with good level of written/Spoken English
Good knowledge of MS office tools (Excel, Word, PPT and Visio)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Capacity to work in a multicultural environment and in a team;
Good Synthesis capabilities
